• engagement and coordination of licensed medical staff
• provision of services at the User's address (home visits)
• communication and logistical support related to treatments

NOVANAD+ acts as an organizational and logistical service and does not constitute a healthcare institution in terms of comprehensive medical diagnosis or treatment.

3. Medical Results

3.1. No Guarantee of Results

All therapy results are individual and may vary significantly.

The Company does not guarantee:

• improvement of health condition
• specific results
• absence of side effects

3.2. Not a Substitute for Medical Advice

Information on the website, in communications, or marketing materials:

• do not constitute medical advice
• do not constitute a diagnosis
• do not replace a consultation with a doctor

3.3. Mandatory User Responsibility

The User is obliged to:

• consults a qualified physician before using the service
• provides accurate and complete health data
• acts in accordance with medical recommendations

4. User Responsibility

The User declares and warrants that:

• will not use the service if there is a health risk

In any case, the Company's total liability cannot exceed the amount of the paid service.

6. Home Visit Services

The User is obliged to:

• provide a safe, clean, and adequate environment
• ensure unimpeded access for medical staff
• ensure conditions for the procedure to be performed

NOVANAD+ is not responsible for:

• conditions on the User's premises
• incidents occurring on the User's premises
• interruptions or inability to provide service due to inadequate conditions

7. Medical Staff

All procedures are performed by medical professionals.

NOVANAD+:

• does not assume responsibility for individual medical assessments
• acts as an intermediary and organizer

8. Product and Therapy

8.1. Terms of Use

NAD+ therapy is used exclusively:

• under medical supervision
• in accordance with professional recommendations

8.2. Prohibition of Self-Administration

Use without consulting a physician is strictly prohibited.

8.3. Disclaimer

The Company is not liable for:

• improper use
• use contrary to instructions
• combination with other therapies without approval

9. Payment and Refunds

Services are paid in advance, unless otherwise agreed.

The Company reserves the right to refuse refunds.

Refund conditions are determined individually.

10. Cancellations and Changes

The User must cancel the appointment in a timely manner.

Otherwise, the full amount may be charged.

The Company reserves the right to:

• reschedule the appointment
• cancel the service without additional liability

The Company is not liable for the inability to provide the service due to:
